Jeremy King has been one of London’s most revered restaurateurs for nigh on fifty years, and has been described as ‘a legend of London dining’. He opened some the city’s most iconic and era-defining restaurants, including Le Caprice in the 1980s, The Ivy in the 1990s and The Wolseley in the 2000s. Now, he fronts Arlington in Mayfair, on the former site of Le Caprice, as well as The Park in Bayswater. He’s also about to relaunch Simpson's in the Strand. Jeremy King reveals his favourite haunts, memories, pet hates and everything in between with Robert Elms.
