The King unveils LGBTQ+ memorial in Staffordshire

The King laid flowers at the first memorial dedicated to LGBTQ+ people who have and are still serving with the military. The sculpture is at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire. Professor Andrew Hartle is a trustee of the armed forces LGBTQ+ charity, Fighting with Pride which led to the memorial getting built. He says it was incredibly emotional and poignant bringing together generations of people who've served our country.
