Discover Colwall Youth Project, who support more than 500 young people per month in finding their voice, across Herefordshire and the Malvern Hills. Chief Executive Alice Hill and Deputy Director Aron Williams describe how the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need funded organisation provides a safe haven to all young people, including non-verbal children and many with additional needs. They share to Tammy Gooding how young people often start using their services when they arrive scared and lonely, but they 'build communities around them'. With regular one-to-one support, skills workshops, educational support, targeted activities and more, their mission is to holistically empower young people, standing behind them every step of the way.
