Could Worcestershire be split into two?

Available for over a year

Some councillors say they'd prefer two bodies to a single, unitary Worcestershire council, due to social, cultural geographic and economic differences. Under proposals, a North Worcestershire Council would cover the Wyre Forest, Bromsgrove and Redditch, with a South Worcestershire Council covering Worcester, Malvern and Wychavon, including towns such as Droitwich and Evesham. Tom Edwards reports.
