Turkey Outlines Further Details on Khashoggi

Turkey has given its first official statement on how it believes Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi was killed, saying he was immediately strangled. The statement follows weeks of media reports about the murder at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on 2 October. Turkey has yet to provide evidence. Sexual abuse against women in North Korea is so commonplace and pervasive that few people report it, according to new research from Human Rights Watch. New electronic voting machines are causing controversy in the Democratic republic of Congo where they will be used in long delayed elections now scheduled for December. Many including most opposition parties are worried they could be used to cheat.
