China and Russia dismiss climate criticism

Newsday

Available for over a year

As the much anticipated COP26 climate summit prepares to kick off, President Biden criticises the leaders of some of the world's biggest polluters for not attending. We will hear from one leader who is attending - that's Prime Minister Boris Johnson who described the world at "one minute to midnight" on climate change and warned that an ambitious outcome from the summit was still "in the balance". We also cross to China - after its leader has decided to stay at home. And we will find out why Russia has decided to close its office at NATO?
