America puts sanctions on Russian oil firms

The United States has announced sanctions on Russia's two largest oil companies. The Trump administration said it was responding to Russia's 'lack of serious commitment' to ending the war in Ukraine. The move comes as key differences, between the US and Russia, for peace become increasingly clear. We get the view Moscow.
