Andrew stripped of prince title

Newsday

Available for 26 days

The King’s younger brother has been stripped of all his titles - and will leave his Royal Lodge mansion - following continuing controversy over his links to the late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. In a posthumous memoir, Virginia Giuffre repeated allegations that, as a teenager, she had sex with Prince Andrew on three separate occasions. Her brother Sky Roberts and sister-in-law Amanda give their reaction to the news. At the United Nations Security Council the organisation's humanitarian coordinator, Tom Fletcher, says there must be accountability for those responsible for killings and sexual violence in the western city of El Fasher in Sudan. The situation in Cameroon remains tense after President Paul Biya, the world's oldest ruler at 92 years of age, was declared the winner of presidential elections. We speak to the youngest candidate in that election to get his view on the result. Presenters: James Copnall and Pria Rai (Photo: Britain's Prince Andrew departs Westminster Cathedral in London.
