The UN's top humanitarian official has told an emergency meeting of the Security Council that those responsible for mass killings and sexual violence in Sudan's el-Fasher must be held to account. Our reporter explains what is known about the violence. Protests over Wednesday's election in Tanzania have spilled into Kenya, with clashes between police and demonstrators in a key border town.
