According to Government statistics, one in eight 16 to 19 year olds in Stoke-on-Trent isn't in any form of Education, Employment or Training. The city's been highlighted by the Government as a hotspot for teenage drop-outs. Some of the young people have been talking about why they've dropped out, how they feel about it and how it's affected them. Here, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Stoke’s Mick Tucker reports on some stories of hope.
