Ickworth House

Ickworth is a very unusual oval house, reflecting the eccentric character of its creator, Federick, 4th Earl of Bristol and Bishop of Derry. Federick was inspired by Italy and created an extraordinary central Rotunda, together with curving wings which were intended to house his treasures from Europe.
