What is a privacy notice?
A Privacy Notice tells you what personal data the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Studios collects about you, how we use it and your legal rights. Personal data means any information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address or picture. This privacy notice is designed to be read by children and young people, but you might want to read it with your parent or guardian. â¶Ä¯&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
Why are we doing this?
This page is for you to upload your creations on to submit them to any of our programs or competitions. We might publish your creations. This means they might be shown on one of our TV shows or online, for everyone to see. If we do publish your creation, we might show your name and age next to it, so everyone knows who created this masterpiece.

What personal data do we collect?
We will only collect your personal data when we need it to help us do our job or to follow the law. We collect it so we can get in touch with you or your parent/guardian if your creation is selected
Your personal data:
- First name
- Age
- ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½town
- Details about your creation
- Photo or video (if you send it with your creation)
If you don't have a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ account already that tells us your age, we will ask you to confirm it before you upload something on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Uploader.
Your parent/guardian's personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
Sometimes your creation can include more sensitive personal data about you, which is called special category data. This can be personal data that tells us about your health or religious beliefs for example. We have stricter rules for this kind of data.
Who looks after your personal data? 
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is the Data Controller of your personal data. A Data Controller is in charge of the personal data collected about you. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer; this person makes sure we do everything the law says we should. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ follows the data protection rules when we collect and use your personal data. The rule that we are using to collect your personal data for anything you upload on our website is called "public task". We use this rule because the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ was created to inform, educate, and entertain.
If your creation has any special category personal data, we use the rule called "substantial public interest" because we are meant to produce the most creative and high quality content at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
Will your personal data be shared?
When we have to share your information with other people, we will only share it so we can do our job or when the law says that we have to. When your personal data is shared with someone else, they must keep it safe and only use it in a way that the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ tells them they can use it.
Whenever you upload something on our platform, this will also be checked by somebody at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ to make sure that it does not go against our rules. If it does, then it will be deleted.
How long will we keep your personal data?  â¶Ä¯&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
If we don't publish your creation, we'll delete the creation and information about it from our systems within two (2) years.
If you or your creation appear on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, the programme will be kept forever in the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ archive.

What are your rights? 
You and your parents/guardians have the right under data protection law to: 
- Ask to see and receive a copy the personal data we hold. 
- Ask us to change personal data you think is wrong. 
- Ask us to delete personal data when it's not needed anymore. 
- Ask us to only use your personal data in certain ways
- Tell us you don't want your personal data to be processed.
