Security remains a big problem for many people living in the Central African Republic despite a peace deal signed by the government and various rebel groups, four months ago.
The Central African Republic has suffered decades of conflict and it's often described as a failed state because the authorities have very little control over much of the country's territory.
A new rebel group has emerged in the north-east near the border with Chad where thousands of people have taken refuge since early January.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Thomas Fessy visited the area and told Hassan Arouni about the situation there.
