Responsibility for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service is vested in the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Board of Governors appointed under the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Royal Charter. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ governors have clearly defined regulatory responsibilities under the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s Charter and Agreement. They must satisfy themselves that ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ World Service complies with all legal obligations, with high standards of corporate governance and with the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s own guidelines and codes of practice.
