
The is an 18 month residency, thanks to the support of Philip and Chris Carne, and The Orseis Trust, offering five writers the opportunity to develop work and find their creative home at Theatre503 by experiencing being at the heart of a new writing theatre.
This scheme is designed for writers who have developed their craft to a high standard but are not yet professionally produced.

The 503Five residency has launched the career of some of the UK's most successful writers, including Joel Tan (No Particular Order, Scenes from a Repatriation), Beth Steel (Till The Stars Come Down), Jon Brittain (Rotterdam, The Crown), Vinay Patel (Murdered By My Father, One Day, Dr Who) and Yasmin Joseph (J’Ouvert, A Thousand Blows).
