Television service approvals
If the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Executive wishes to launch a new ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ service, then it must seek approval from the Trust.
A Public Value Test is required before any significant change can be made to the portfolio of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ services. The Trust has approved two new services in this Charter period – the joint venture ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Alba channel and the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s first HD TV channel.
