I shall wait until after polling day on Thursday before letting this post see the light of day. And I can only marvel at this chap's timing. I gather that new Lib Dem recruit was a member of Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw's campaign team at the last election and is a former chair of Exeter Labour Students.
