Confusion in Bishops Cleeve this morning as our new system of rubbish collection descends into farce. An apologetic councillor came on to explain how a sudden rush of colour blindness has led to red faces... or should that be blue... or green. A leaflet listing collection dates has got the coloured bin information the wrong way round. There is a hasty reprint going on although I'm not sure in which bin the incorrect leaflet should be placed.
