PLOT
For once the crew on Moya have plenty of food after bartering successfully on a commerce planet. Unfortunately, they are warned that the food may be carrying a parasite – and one that won't see much difference between the food and the crew.

D'Argo and Chiana find a solution, though, when they buy a parasite killer, a small cute alien called a Vorc.

But while they're convinced the Vorc is the solution, they're not sure there is a parasite yet and there's always the chance that they've misunderstood what the Vorc is for…

That becomes especially likely when Crichton reports seeing a grotesque hunter/killer beast on Moya at the time the Vorc disappears. Only, Crichton's been seeing a lot of things lately and no one's too sure whether they should believe him or not.
