Three of London and the south east's superstar chefs, returning contender Adam Simmonds, Michelin-starred newcomer Tom Sellers and his former boss Adam Byatt, attempt to dazzle the mystery judge with their starter courses. Adam Simmonds is hoping that it will be second time lucky after his mistakes in the previous competition, but he is up against two newcomers who both have their sights set firmly on the prize.
