Three of the north east's finest chefs, Michelin-trained Paul Welburn, Michelin-starred Frances Atkins and returning champion Colin McGurran, cook their menus for the mystery veteran judge. Third-timer Colin's back to regain his crown after falling at the final hurdle in 2013, and is up against two competitors with strong personal connections to the brief. But will it all prove too much for Frances, whose father fought on D-Day itself?
