Cook tips
When
the pudding is served the fruits should be firm though de-frosted,
test with a metal skewer and if necessary return to a warm oven
for 5-10 mins.
If you cook by Aga, once the meringue top has browned transfer to
the simmering oven for 5-10 mins before serving.
With all the ingredients in store, this pudding is quickly assembled
between courses. A great family treat.
