Amy Wells

I am writing about my mother who was the WAAF.And was trained as a winch driver on ballons.And posted to Sheffield near grave yard.Her name was AMY F WELLS and she came from MALDON in ESSEX.Ihave a very bad group piture when she was training also have a better piture of her on her own.My mother has past away now.But it would to hear from any one that may remeber her. As she sometimes talked about her experience with bad cooking and beening sent on cooking corses and the ballon on windy nights and the earness of the grave yard.She was also posted to WEST DRAYTON on carpentry training
