I was a Radar Operator at Worth Matravers on the south coast of Dorset at the time of D Day. This was exactly opposite the Cherbourg peninsula and the landing beaches.
My contribution is in the form of a poem I wrote quite recently.It happened that I was compiling a series of autobiographical poems two years ago.
