Victoria Hollins

Victoria Hollins is a presenter and reporter on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ London

Victoria arrived in London after growing up in Belgium and the Netherlands.

She trained at Cardiff University's school of journalism, and went to work at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ local radio stations, then as a news presenter on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Five Live.

She "crossed the newsroom" to work in TV after five years as a reporter and news reader at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ London 94.9fm.

Since then she's covered a range of stories from the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes on the tube to youth crime in the capital, as well as a stint at the Politics Show.

She says: "The best bit of the job is getting to report different stories every day, and interviewing everyone from people in the pub to leading politicians. It's a privilege to get access to parts of the capital that few people ever get to see - like the top of Big Ben or the red carpet in Leicester Square."

When she's not at work Victoria can be found wandering around London's markets or occasionally in her local pub near Tower Bridge - one of the best in the capital!

She enjoys travelling as often as days off will allow, and hopes one day to master yoga and salsa dancing (though not at the same time!)
