Killer GP Harold Shipman 'had thought he was God'
The senior judge who chaired the Shipman Inquiry, Dame Janet Smith, believes the serial killer thought "he knew best" when it was time for someone to die, she has told the 蜜芽传媒.
Dame Janet was interviewed for a 蜜芽传媒 Inside Out North West special on the aftermath of the Shipman killings.
And she has reiterated concerns that not enough is being done to implement the recommendations of her inquiry.
