Siobhain M Cullen
Siobhain rues the day her reluctant emigrant grandad was "chased from Irish sod" like so many others and lives in hope that it won't stand against her. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is where the heart (and soul ) is after all. She is short stories page editor for a largish ezine (sadly on a strictly unrenumerated basis - sigh), has a self-published short stories and poetry collection, 5 children, works part-time for a heritage education company and is Literature/Creative Writng tutor.

The Earth Talks About the Snowdrops
by Siobhain M Cullen
|
I know
where Snow
drops grow,
greenly glow,
wall below.
Ìý
I hold secrets old,
trusting told.
Buds unfold,
ice cold.
Ìý
I fear
changes here,
Hail freer
blue spear,
point clear.
