Chris Evans made a big interactive splash on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 2 last month, generating 250,000 page impressions, 40,000 on- demand stream requests and 28,000 downloads of the programme highlights MP3 (speech only) in his first two weeks on air.

Chris joined Radio 2 on 17 September to present a new show for Saturday afternoons (2.00 to 5.00pm), and his guests so far have included Robbie Williams, Stephen Fry, Katie Melua and Chris Martin.

A world-exclusive first play of Kate Bush's new single, King of the Mountain, contributed to a record 80,000 on-demand listens to Radio 2's Ken Bruce show.

The show will be hoping to repeat the success when Kate introduces tracks from her new album from Monday 31 October.

Elsewhere on Radio 2, Wake Up To Wogan was the network's most popular on-demand programme in September with 132,960 listens, followed by Jonathan Ross with 106,094 listens.
