The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has shortlisted 15 companies to go through to the final stage of its procurement process to find new suppliers for the design and management of construction projects across its UK property portfolio.

Twenty-five companies were initially invited to tender for the contracts in November 2005 to provide leadership, design, management, commercial control and delivery of a wide range of small to medium-sized construction projects.
Ìý
Framework agreements will be awarded to the successful companies and announced in April 2006.

A further eight companies have been invited to tender for 'building works and services' for construction projects.

The winners of these framework agreements will be announced in May 2006.

The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s construction projects procurement process was announced on 31 August 2005 with the publication of two OJEU notices, and follows the restructuring of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.
