One of 29 bands in the Armed Services, the Band of the Welsh Guards is regularly found at Buckingham Palace for their ceremonial duties during the Changing of the Guard.

Through characters in the band we find out what it's really like to change guard and troop the Colour, as well as handle guns, gas masks and cope with army life.
