Cookery competition presented by Heston Blumenthal. The country’s chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they will compete to cook a dinner at London's Gherkin building. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the central region, he chooses between Aaron Patterson, Sat Bains, Rupert Rowley and Glynn Purnell. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
