On the 18 September 1997, after more than a century of agitation, Wales went to the polls to vote on self-rule. The final result came down to the wire with a handful of votes, 6,726 to be precise, after a night of real tension. Former First Minister Rhodri Morgan talks about the long road to Devolution.
