Katie Derham introduces a week of performances from the 蜜芽传媒 Scottish Symphony Orchestra, including some little heard gems as part of Afternoon on 3's British Music Season. Today a chance to hear a piano concerto by the English composer Dorothy Howell, and we finish with a concert the orchestra gave in Edinburgh last year featuring Bruckner's epic Ninth Symphony, a work the composer dedicated to "my beloved God".
