Join Zakia for a joyful step into springtime, with newly rediscovered dreamy sounds from a 1970s Italian film soundtrack, a psychedelic folk- fairytale, heavenly choral sounds courtesy of NYX Choir, plus joyous new-age music from Laraaji. And, Zakia salutes International Women’s Day via a tribute to one of her all-time favourite artists, Alice Coltrane.

Plus, we hear a beautifully crafted pastoral Dreambiance mix conjured up by the much-loved curator, DJ, and ‘enlightened heathen’, Paul Hillery. A record collector and music digger who has developed a reputation for his ability to unearth lost gems from the musical ether, for his legendary, curated compilations for the record label BBE and for his transportative mixes, uploaded via his highly influential Folk Funk and Trippy Troubadours persona on social media for over a decade.
