The teams put the pedal to the metal as they race around a huge antiques centre in King’s Lynn with their experts Caroline Hawley and David Fergus.
The colourful life of Bourne racer Raymond Mays is brought to life when Charlie ‘Stirling’ Ross visits his hometown in Lincolnshire. Charlie hears how Mays went from ambitious amateur driver and mechanic to setting up England Racing Automobiles. After the Second World War, he launched British Racing Motors, which went on to win four Grand Prix championships in 1962.
Who will be first past the chequered flag when they race around an antiques centre in neighbouring Norfolk? The reds and blues struggle to make decisions as they learn that bargain hunting isn’t as easy as it looks on TV! With two items left to buy after 45 minutes, husband and wife Kash and Rina must rely on the advice of their expert, Caroline Hawley. Meanwhile, David Fergus is hoping to steer friends Val and Daryl to a profit for the blues. Auctioneer Colin Young has a saleroom full of eager bidders, but which team will end up doing a victory lap today?
