She meets restoration expert Kate Smith, who explains the difference between a museum repair and the Japanese kintsugi method, which makes a feature of the breakage to celebrate the item’s history.

Meanwhile, the teams are hoping to make record-breaking profits as they browse the stalls at Wetherby Racecourse. On the red team are friends Nicola and Elizabeth, who both work in the wedding industry.
