Tasty treats from Ravinder Bhogal, Ollie Dabbous, Cynthia Shanmugalingam and William Curley. Meanwhile, Rick Stein and the Hairy Bikers head out and about across the UK and abroad.
Ravinder Bhogal prepares a big sharing dish with plenty of bold flavours: a pomegranate and pistachio crusted salmon with a side of spicy garlic fries. Ollie Dabbous rustles up a sweet and spicy lamb stew that he adorns over a charred flatbread, finished with hits of feta, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and mint.
Helen McGinn celebrates English Wine Week with three outstanding examples of the wines produced on UK soil. Then Cynthia Shanmugalingam transports us to Sri Lanka with her aubergine and summer vegetable white curry with a spicy sambal, before William Curley takes a classic biscuit and transforms it into an incredible dessert. And Rhod Gilbert faces his food heaven or his food hell.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein is in the US, enjoying an epic seafood barbecue, and Si and Dave explore the culinary delights of Portmeirion.
