An array of delicious recipes from Rosie Birkett, Mike Reid, Danilo Cortellini and Genevieve Taylor. And Rick Stein and the Hairy Bikers head out and about across the UK.

Rosie Birkett celebrates the best of summer salads with her bavette carpaccio, fried capers and a tangy mustard dressing, all served alongside a refreshing panzanella. Mike Reid kicks off the BBQ vibes indoors with his mango-marinated spatchcock chicken, fiery kiwi hot sauce and a bitter radicchio and pear salad.

The former head chef at the Italian embassy, Danilo Cortellini, serves up a multicoloured ricotta-stuffed ravioli dressed in basil and tomato sauce. Jez Rose heads to a very soggy Leicestershire to get picking, prepping and packing a classic elderflower cordial. Genevieve Taylor continues the barbecue theme by demonstrating how to master fish on the grill with leek-wrapped cod and almond saffron sauce. And finally, Oti Mabuse faces her food heaven or food hell.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein rustles up a classic Italian dish in his Cornish kitchen, and Si and Dave make their way towards a fusion feast in Newport.
