Hasan Semay brings his signature barbecue vibes into the studio with a classic Turkish Cypriot dish of lamb and potato koftes. Cynthia Shanmugalingam brings the flavours of Sri Lanka to the studio with her fiery prawn curry and coconut sambol. And to celebrate National Tequila Day, Carmen O’Neal has three cocktails to get any party started.

Nadiya Hussain rustles up a fuss-free aubergine and feta tart, while Jane Baxter creates a classic cherry clafoutis with cherry ice cream and chocolate sauce. And finally, Tom Allen faces either his food heaven or his food hell.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein takes to the high seas to fish for his supper, and the Hairy Bikers gleefully make and use ghee for their tasty tacos.
