After the Wizard retired, the Scarecrow is now ruler of the Land of Oz.

Accompanied by his friends Dorothy, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion, the Scarecrow sets off to find the Wicked Witch of the North.

She's stolen his brains and intends to take over the Emerald City.
