Vernon Kay, welcomes a real rule-breaker, David Byrne. A Scottish-born musician and interdisciplinary artist who was best known as the front man of the influential American art-rock group Talking Heads.
Byrne has released solo recordings and worked with various media including film, photography, opera, fiction, and non-fiction. He has received an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, a Special Tony Award, and a Golden Globe Award, and as part of Talking Heads he is an inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame In 2002. Where they they reunited to play four tracks: "Psycho Killer", "Burning Down the House", "Once In A Lifetime" and "Life During Wartime".
David’s new single “Everybody Laughs” is out now: the new album “Who is The Sky” comes out on 5th September and you can catch David and his band on tour in the UK and Europe next year.
