Len speaks to authors Leila Aboulela, Philip Miller and Clare Hunter at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

Len is at the Edinburgh International Book Festival with:

Clare Hunter, a community textile artist and historian. In 'Making Matters: In Search of Creative Wonders' Clare explores under-appreciated crafts and the ways that they have inspired people through history, and how making items with our hands can open up imaginative space for us today in our era of screens and machines.

Leila Aboulela who talks about her most recent novel, A New Year, which is an exploration of grief, intergenerational friction, ageing and new starts in life!

And Philip Miller who’s recently published the latest in his series of novels featuring investigative reporter Shona Sandison. The Diary of Lies has Shona stumbling across a top secret, sinister government department which is engaged in a plot threatening the entire country.
