Live from The Bishop's Palace, Wells
Tom McKinney presents Radio 3’s Breakfast show live from The Bishop's Palace, Wells, as part of Radio 3's tour of Gloucestershire and Somerset.
Tom McKinney presents Radio 3’s Breakfast show live from the stunning Grade II-listed gardens of The Bishop's Palace, Wells, where he encounters the famous bell-ringing swans that live in the palace's moat. Tom also takes us to Wells cathedral to explore it's rich musical history spanning over 1100 years. With birdsong, the dawn chorus, Bach Before 7 and live music from viol player Jonathan Rees and sackbuttist Emily White. You can contact the show by emailing 3breakfast@bbc.co.uk
