Episode 1
Izzie and Robin get rummaging and restoring in York. Could a tractor, a horse and a whole heap of toy cars help a special little girl get the treatment she needs?
Bringing up a toddler is difficult enough, but for Gracie and her husband Lance, it's an even greater challenge. Their daughter Juno was born with a rare condition that means she doesn't naturally reach the expected baby milestones such as crawling and walking. On top of this, Gracie is battling her own health concerns, and the recent death of her stepfather has added to their family's challenges.
With the help of Gracie's mum Claire, they're determined to raise enough money to pay for specialist physiotherapy for Juno, giving her the best possible start in life. They’re hoping their unwanted collectibles and heirlooms will make a sizeable sum at auction, with the proceeds going toward Juno’s care.
On her hunt for hidden treasures, auctioneer Izzie uncovers trinkets with royal warrants and stumbles upon crates full of toy cars, still in their boxes. Gracie reveals a lost treasure that might be valuable, and with Claire's help, they discover a large agricultural item in a barn, ready to be sold.
Restorer Robin heads for the loft in search of things to fix and discovers a tiny printing press with a few missing parts. He also gets a gift from Izzie that requires a lot of elbow grease and one other secret ingredient. He also works his magic on Gracie’s childhood friend, a very poorly rocking horse in need of some TLC.
But at the auction, will it be Robin’s restored rocker, or the special little lady riding it, who steals the show?
