Wasem and Rhian

What does it mean to be unstoppable? Jessie Yendle meets Wasem Said, the founder of a boxing club for young people, and Rhian Mannings, who supports bereaved and grieving families.

Content creator Jessie Yendle lives with a stammer and ticks. She says it's had a huge impact on her life - but she hasn't let it stop her from doing everything she wants to do.

In Unstoppable, Jessie meets other people across Wales who have had their own challenges in life but are making a difference for themselves and their communities.

Wasem Said is the founder of ABC Boxing Club in Tiger Bay. From a young age, Wasim was exposed to violence and crime in his local community. But it was sports that helped him to find a different path in life. Now, he wants to do the same for other kids – through boxing.

In Rhondda-Cynon-Taff, Rhian Mannings manages 2Wish – a bereavement charity that helps families cope with unexpected loss. Rhian was inspired to found her own charity, after the sudden death of both her son and her husband.

If you've been affected by any of the issues raised in Unstoppable, details of advice and support with bereavement are available at bbc.co.uk/actionline
