Selena and Rob
What does it mean to be unstoppable? Jessie Yendle meets Selena Caemawr, the founder of a ‘100 per cent autistic owned’ café, and Rob Havelock, who has a walking support group for addicts.
Content creator Jessie Yendle lives with a stammer and ticks. She says it's had a huge impact on her life - but she hasn't let it stop her from doing everything she wants to do.
In Unstoppable, Jessie meets other people across Wales who have had their own challenges in life but are making a difference for themselves and their communities.
Selena Caemawr is the founder the Aubergine Cafe in Cardiff Central – a café that offers a safe space to people who have a neurodiverse condition. Selena was inspired to open the café after receiving their own autism diagnosis and wanted to create a safe space for neurodivergent people to gain work experience.
Rob Havelock is the founder of Sober Snowdonia. After battling with drug and alcohol addiction, Rob found that going for walks helped him in his recovery. Now he supports other people battling with addiction by introducing them to nature.
