JB Gill - popstar, farmer, and Strictly finalist - joins Kamilah McInnis to talk about growing up in Antigua, JLS, and running a working farm in Kent.

Kamilah is celebrating World Afro Day with its founder Michelle De Leon, who shares how you can join a Guinness World Record attempt on Monday.

We also reveal the name of our new monthly book club - Black Ink - chosen with Carolynn Bain from Afrori Books. September’s book is Allow Me to Introduce Myself by Onyi Nwabineli.

We're marking World Suicide Prevention Day with Fay Greaves from The Traitors, who's working with Portsmouth-based charity R;pple to highlight how online spaces are affecting children’s mental health. And writer Akila Richards sits down with Kamilah ahead of her upcoming performance of Mango Rituals at Margate Arts Club.

Join Kamilah every Friday from 7-10pm for great music, good vibes and stories from our African and Caribbean communities.
