Composer, producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Emma-Jean Thackray opens up about ADHD, OCD and autism, and how music helps her navigate the noisy, overwhelming landscape of intrusive thoughts. Alongside deeply personal reflections, Emma-Jean shares the tracks that have supported and inspired her from Warpaint, a source of solace in recovery, to the spiritual explorations of Pharoah Sanders, and her own album Weirdo finishing with a 20-minute calming mix to close the show.
