Composer, producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Emma-Jean Thackray opens up about ADHD, OCD and autism, reflecting on the importance of being alone to recover from masking, hiding aspects of herself, and restore energy. In this honest and reflective episode, Emma-Jean explores how retreating into solitude deepens her connection to music and strengthens her sense of self, with tracks from Nirvana and Cleo Sol finishing with a 20-minute mix to close the show.
