Grounding is a series which celebrates the unique perspectives and creativity of neurodivergent artists. Across the series they explore how neurodiversity shapes their relationship with music and highlight the songs that hold personal significance.

Musician, author and podcaster BlindboyBoatclub reflects on his experiences of autism and the role of creativity. He explores his obsessive curiosity, his first day of school and how when being overstimulated, it is music that keeps him calm. Alongside deeply personal stories, BlindboyBoatclub curates a selection of music with tracks from T-Rex and Brandy finishing with a 20-minute calming mix to close the show.
